From 2010 to 2015, I had the privilege of being part of the dynamic TAP Air Portugal's Contact Center team. During this time, I played an integral role in the development of significant projects within the airline company, such as "TAP Corporate" and "TAP Victoria's Ground Partners." My career then took me to CAPITA in the UK, where I thrived in a fast-paced Corporate Travel environment. As a dedicated manager of Enterprise Travel Accounts for esteemed corporate clients, I expertly coordinated every aspect of business trips, honing my organizational and multi-tasking skills. Returning to Portugal in 2016, I joined the pioneering team behind the establishment of the first Customer Care Center in Portugal for the renowned Angola Airline Company, TAAG. During my time in Portugal, I proactively pursued additional technical skills, expanding my knowledge in Sound Design and Engineering. I also delved into programming languages like Python and C#, broadening my skill set. As part of the esteemed Microsoft Partner Network Online Support Team, I adeptly adjusted to remote work challenges and acquired invaluable expertise in Microsoft products and IT concepts. Presently, I am a valued member of the Quidgest family, serving as a dedicated Genio Trainer. Quidgest provides an inspiring environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Beyond my professional pursuits, I lead a dual life as a passionate Musician and Sound Engineer, with expertise in live sound, studio recording, mixing, and mastering.
